Refund policy

DAWM accepts eligible return requests within 14 days of confirmed delivery, subject to the conditions below and any rights that apply under applicable consumer law.

RETURN ELIGIBILITY

To be eligible for a standard return, an item must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, free from marks, odour or damage caused after delivery, and returned in its original condition with any original tags and packaging reasonably intact.

Items that do not meet these conditions may be refused or may have their refundable amount reduced where permitted by law.

Trying on a garment solely to assess fit does not by itself make an item ineligible, provided it remains otherwise in original condition.

REQUESTING A RETURN

Eligible return requests can be submitted through your DAWM customer account at:

https://account.dawm.club

Sign in using the email address associated with your order, select the relevant order and submit a return request for the item you wish to return.

Submitting a return request does not automatically approve the return or issue a refund.

DAWM will review the request and provide return instructions if the return is approved.

Do not send an item back before receiving return instructions and an authorized return address from DAWM.

Returns sent to an unauthorized address or without following the provided instructions may be refused or delayed where permitted by law.

CHANGE OF MIND AND SIZING

For eligible sizing, fit, colour-selection or other change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for arranging and paying all return shipping costs unless DAWM confirms otherwise in writing or applicable law requires otherwise.

Return shipments must be prepaid.

DAWM does not accept freight-collect, cash-on-delivery or other return shipments that require DAWM to pay carrier charges upon receipt.

Customers should use a tracked shipping service and retain their tracking number and proof of shipment until the return has been completed.

Where a customer arranges the return shipment, DAWM is not responsible for loss, theft or damage occurring during return transit, except where required by applicable law.

Original delivery charges are not normally refundable on a standard voluntary return, except where reimbursement is required by applicable law.

RESTOCKING FEE

Eligible sizing, fit, colour-selection and change-of-mind returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee where permitted by applicable law.

The fee is calculated on the refundable merchandise value of the returned item and is deducted from the refund.

The fee may apply where multiple sizes, colours or variations are ordered for selection and one or more items are subsequently returned.

The restocking fee does not apply where:

DAWM sent the wrong item;

a verified manufacturing defect is confirmed;

a verified fulfillment error is confirmed;

a verified transit issue requires a remedy for which DAWM is responsible; or

applicable consumer law prohibits the fee or requires a different refund calculation.

RETURN SHIPPING, DUTIES AND OTHER CHARGES

For standard sizing and change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping and any related carrier charges.

Where an international voluntary return results in return-shipping charges, customs charges, duties, brokerage fees, handling charges or similar amounts being charged to DAWM because of the customer’s chosen return method, those amounts may be deducted from the refundable amount where permitted by law.

Customers must complete shipping and customs declarations accurately. DAWM cannot instruct customers to incorrectly declare a return as a gift, declare a false value or otherwise provide inaccurate customs information.

Premium shipping, shipping insurance, expedited services and optional carrier services purchased by the customer are not reimbursable unless DAWM agreed to them in writing beforehand or reimbursement is required by applicable law.

REFUNDS

DAWM will inspect returned items before completing a standard voluntary refund.

Where approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method.

The refundable amount may include deductions for:

an applicable restocking fee;

customer-responsible return charges billed to DAWM;

loss in value caused by handling, wear or damage beyond what is reasonably necessary to assess the garment; or

other amounts the customer is responsible for under this policy,

where such deductions are permitted by applicable law.

Original delivery charges are not normally refundable for voluntary returns except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Payment-provider or financial-institution processing times may apply after DAWM issues the refund.

Where mandatory consumer law requires an earlier refund or a different refund process, those requirements will apply.

EXCHANGES

DAWM does not currently offer direct exchanges.

If another size or colour is required, the customer may return an eligible item under this policy and place a new order for the preferred item.

The new order is a separate purchase and is subject to the product availability, pricing and delivery terms in effect when that order is placed.

DAWM cannot reserve replacement inventory while a return is in transit or under review.

WRONG ITEM, MANUFACTURING DEFECT OR DAMAGE

If DAWM sends the wrong item, or an item arrives with a suspected manufacturing defect or transit damage, contact DAWM within 7 days of delivery whenever reasonably possible.

Please provide:

the order number;

a description of the issue;

clear photographs showing the item and issue; and

photographs of the shipping packaging where relevant.

DAWM will review the claim and, where responsibility is confirmed, provide an appropriate remedy based on the circumstances and applicable law.

Where DAWM requires an item to be physically returned because of a verified DAWM, manufacturing or fulfillment error, DAWM will provide or reimburse reasonable standard return shipping as required to resolve the issue.

Customers should not purchase a return shipping label for a defect, damage or fulfillment claim unless instructed to do so by DAWM.

DAWM will not reimburse premium, expedited or upgraded return shipping unless DAWM approved that service in writing before shipment or applicable law requires otherwise.

DAWM may determine that returning a defective, damaged or incorrectly fulfilled item is unnecessary.

WASHED GARMENT VARIATION

DAWM uses washed and garment-finished treatments across parts of its collections.

Minor differences in shade, surface character, fading and wash pattern may occur between individual garments as a result of the garment process.

Normal wash variation alone is not considered a manufacturing defect.

This does not limit a customer’s rights where an item has a genuine manufacturing fault, is materially different from what was ordered or otherwise fails to meet rights that apply under consumer law.

ORDER CANCELLATION AND CHANGES

Orders begin processing shortly after confirmation.

Cancellation, address-change, size-change, colour-change or other order-change requests should be made as soon as possible.

DAWM can only guarantee a requested change or voluntary cancellation if it has not yet entered production, processing or fulfillment.

Once an order has entered production or fulfillment, cancellation or modification may no longer be possible.

This does not restrict any cancellation or withdrawal right that applies under mandatory consumer law.

FINAL SALE ITEMS

Items specifically identified as FINAL SALE before purchase are not eligible for DAWM’s voluntary sizing, change-of-mind or exchange policy.

A FINAL SALE designation does not limit rights that cannot legally be excluded, including applicable rights concerning faulty, damaged, misrepresented or incorrectly supplied goods and statutory withdrawal rights where applicable.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Customers are responsible for reviewing any import requirements applicable to their destination.

Duties, taxes, customs fees and brokerage charges imposed on the original international delivery remain governed by DAWM’s Shipping Policy and applicable law.

A voluntary return does not guarantee that customs authorities, carriers or other third parties will refund duties, taxes or fees previously paid by the customer.

DAWM is not responsible for obtaining refunds of customer-paid import duties, taxes, brokerage charges or other government or carrier fees unless applicable law requires otherwise.

CLAIMS AND ASSESSMENT

DAWM may request additional information reasonably necessary to review a return, damage, delivery or fulfillment claim.

Claims may be assessed using order records, photographs, tracking information, carrier information, fulfillment records and other relevant evidence.

DAWM reserves the right to refuse a voluntary return that does not meet this policy where permitted by law.

Fraudulent, materially inaccurate or abusive return claims may be refused where permitted by law.

APPLICABLE CONSUMER RIGHTS

Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any consumer right or remedy that cannot legally be limited or excluded.

Depending on the customer’s location, applicable law may provide additional rights concerning online purchases, statutory withdrawal periods, defective goods, refunds, return costs or original standard-delivery charges.

Where those mandatory requirements conflict with this policy, the mandatory legal requirements take priority.
