By using www.dawm.club or placing an order with DAWM, you agree to these Terms of Service together with DAWM’s Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Return & Refund Policy.

PRODUCTS AND AVAILABILITY

DAWM may update product availability, colourways, sizing, pricing, release timing and product information where reasonably necessary.

Product imagery and display settings may vary across devices. Washed garments may show natural variation between individual pieces.

DAWM reserves the right to limit or cancel quantities where reasonably required, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing error, misuse, unauthorized resale activity or inventory or production limitations.

ORDERS

An order is not considered accepted solely because checkout has been completed.

DAWM may review, decline or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including for payment failure, suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, unavailable production capacity or shipping restrictions.

If DAWM cancels a paid order that cannot be fulfilled, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

PRICING AND PAYMENT

Prices displayed on the site are shown in the applicable storefront currency and may exclude taxes, duties or import charges unless stated otherwise.

Customers are responsible for ensuring payment and billing information is complete and accurate.

SHIPPING

Shipping estimates are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed.

Delivery can be affected by carriers, customs, weather, holidays, remote destinations and other factors outside DAWM’s reasonable control.

International customers remain responsible for duties, taxes or customs charges not collected at checkout.

DELIVERY PROTECTION

Where offered, DAWM Delivery Protection is an optional paid service governed by the coverage and exclusions described in the Shipping Policy.

It does not remove or reduce any legal right or remedy that applies independently, and it does not replace DAWM’s responsibility for verified wrong items, manufacturing defects or fulfillment errors.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Returns, exchanges, defects and refunds are governed by DAWM’s Return & Refund Policy and applicable consumer law.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

DAWM branding, logos, wordmarks, garment graphics, photography, site content, copy and other original material on www.dawm.club are owned by or licensed to DAWM and may not be reproduced, distributed or commercially used without permission except where allowed by law.

ACCEPTABLE USE

Customers must not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, scrape protected content for unauthorized commercial use, or use the services in a way that violates applicable law.

THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

DAWM uses third-party providers to operate parts of the store, including ecommerce, payments, analytics, communications, fulfillment and shipping.

Those services may also be governed by their own terms and privacy practices.

LIMITATION AND APPLICABLE RIGHTS

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DAWM is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from events outside its reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or restricted.

CHANGES

DAWM may update these Terms from time to time.

The version published on www.dawm.club at the time of use applies subject to any rights that have already arisen under applicable law.
